My Thoughts:

M. Leighton has very fast become my favourite author. Her talent with words blows me away!! She creates such diverse stories that are so rich in emotion and full of deep, multi layered characters!! I tell you, she doesn't know how to write a bad book!! And Fragile is just as amazing as everything else that she has written!! 

On the surface Hardy Bradford has the perfect life. He is THE guy at school. The incredibly handsome football star on the verge of securing a scholarship to college,  he has Cheyenne, the gorgeous cheerleader girlfriend and a supportive father.... What more could a guy want? But looks can be deceiving!! Dig a little deeper and you'll find that Hardy's life is not the perfect picture that you first see. But to keep the peace he goes along with the plans that are mapped out for him. Until Miracle St. James enters his life. From the very first time he sees her he is captivated. But they aren't destined to meet until months later when Miracle turns up in Hardy's class. Miracle is like no one he has ever met before. She exudes goodness and peace. And the impact that she will have on Hardy is phenomenal!! 

I can't even find the right words to describe how much I loved this book!! I laughed, I grinned like a fool and I cried mountains of tears. I wish more authors would write from the males point of view. It is the absolute best and experiencing the emotions that Hardy felt for Miracle was amazing!!! I adore Hardy!! Miracle expects him to run when he learns the degree of her illness but Miracle underestimates his love and the lengths he will go to to show her how much she means to him. 

M. Leighton knows how to write young adult heat and passion without it being too much and overly wordy. She smashes it out of the ball park when it comes to writing swoon worthy males. And her characters aren't just words on a page, they take hold of pieces of your heart and are guaranteed to stay there long after you've turned the last page of the book!! If you haven't experienced an M. Leighton book yet, then you are seriously denying yourself a great pleasure.
